Night APP

Join our dedicated team of 12 physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in a collaborative hospitalist environment. Our facility offers a structured schedule and excellent subspecialty support, ensuring a high standard of patient care.

Job Description

• Work a 7 on, 7 off schedule with night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM
• Split admissions with night providers (APPs handle 4-6 and physicians handle 6-8)
• Provide cross coverage for a census of 100 patients and manage Rapid Responses (physicians only)
• Collaborate with in-house intensivists available 24/7 for support
• Utilize EMR EPIC for patient documentation
• No procedures or codes; a code blue team is available for emergencies

Compensation

• Night APP compensation: $170,000 + productivity incentive
