Job Description

• Provide comprehensive inpatient care to pediatric patients, including admissions, daily rounds, and discharges
• Respond to pediatric inpatient consults and coordinate care with subspecialists
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and multidisciplinary case reviews
• Collaborate closely with nursing, emergency, and outpatient pediatric teams

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics
• Eligible for Texas medical licensure
• Inpatient pediatric experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and team-based care approach
