Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Cardiac Anesthesiologist (MD/DO) for a permanent position in Albany, New York. Job Description

• Provide anesthesia care for complex cardiothoracic surgeries including CABG, valve replacements, aortic procedures, and other open-heart cases.
• Perform and interpret intraoperative transesophageal echocardiography (TEE).
• Participate in high-acuity case management across pre-, intra-, and post-operative settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary heart team including surgeons, intensivists, and perfusionists.
• Share in rotating call responsibilities specific to cardiac cases.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology with fellowship training in Cardiac Anesthesia (MD/DO).
• TEE certification preferred or eligibility to obtain.
• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of New York.
• Demonstrated experience with complex cardiac anesthesia and team-based care.
