Family/Internal Medicine Physician

Job Description

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care for adult and/or all-age patients
• Manage chronic conditions, acute illnesses, and preventive care needs

• Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and support staff to optimize outcomes

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
• Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills
