Job Description

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult and/or all-age patient populations
• Manage chronic conditions, acute illnesses, and preventive health screenings
• Deliver patient education and wellness counseling
• Collaborate with specialists and care teams to ensure continuity and quality of care

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Eligible for Massachusetts medical license
• Excellent clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Open to both permanent and locum tenens arrangements
