Job Description

• Certifications: BC/BE, BLS
• Provider must be Covid and Flu vaccinated - Required
• State License: NY
• Practice Setting: Medical group of the hospital - location is a primary care clinic
• Reason for Coverage: We have a few retiring providers and have a gap between onboarding providers.
• Has a heavy Vietnamese population and would appreciate a Vietnamese-speaking provider.
• Schedule (Shifts and Hours): 8 AM - 4:30 PM
• Must be available for full-time coverage
• No call or weekends
• Average number of patients per day: 18-24
• Number of physicians in practice: 5-6 at this location
• How many mid-levels provide coverage: 2
• Will the locum tenens physician respond to in-house codes? Yes
• Number of exam rooms: 5 to 6
• Documentation system/EMR: Epic
• Practice population: All ages
• Required occupational medicine procedures: Employment physicals, disability exams, diagnosis & management of common industrial-related medical problems
