Geriatric Medicine Physician (MD/DO)

Job Description

• Provide comprehensive primary and specialty care to geriatric patients
• Manage complex chronic conditions, functional decline, and cognitive impairment
• Perform assessments related to mobility, falls, memory loss, and medication management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nursing, social work, and rehabilitation

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Geriatric Medicine
• Eligible for Michigan medical licensure
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
