Otolaryngology Physician

ENT Physician

We're seeking a passionate ENT to join Mon Health to provide both inpatient and outpatient care to our patients. This is an opportunity to make a tremendous impact on a patient community while working in a warm, welcoming, and team-oriented environment.

Job Description

• Provide ENT clinical and surgical care for the patients seen at Mon Health's clinic sites.
• Follow and direct evidence-based practices as established within the Internal Medicine and Otolaryngology service lines.
• Collaborate and coordinate the individualized treatment plan with the clinical team as necessary to assure an appropriate continuum of care.
• Maintain and document all applicable required education and job knowledge ensuring licensure, credentials, and continuing education are actively maintained and timely.
• Demonstrate positive customer service and co-worker relations.
• Comply with the company's attendance policy.
• Participate in the continuous quality improvement activities of the department and institution.
• Perform work in a cost-effective manner.
• Attend mandatory in-service, staff meetings, and medical staff meetings as required.
• Perform work in alignment with the overall mission and strategic plan of the organization.
• Follow organizational and departmental policies and procedures, as applicable.
• Complete all required competencies on time.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited medical school.
• Board eligible in Otolaryngology required; board certified in Otolaryngology preferred.
• Experience in group practice and/or hospital setting preferred.
• Current unrestricted West Virginia Licensure.
• Current or ability to obtain West Virginia & Federal Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate.
• Fully credentialed through medical staff according to Otolaryngology services.
