The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai affiliated with NYC Health + Hospitals/Elmhurst is seeking a full-time Hospitalist. We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated physician interested in working with an urban, ethnically diverse, underserved population in a dynamic and supportive academic setting. The hospital is easily accessible by public transportation and car from all areas of New York City, New Jersey, and Long Island.

Job Description

• Primary responsibility is ward attending coverage of the teaching service.
• Other clinical time will be allocated to optimize the interest and skill set of the physician on services including non-teaching inpatient, medical consults, and the observation unit.

Requirements

• Candidates must have an MD degree and be board certified/board eligible in Internal Medicine with a valid New York State License, DEA, and Medicaid number.
