    Gastroenterology Hospitalist

    Job Description

    • Work 7 days on, 7 days off, 7 am - 7 pm, and no after-hours call
    • Rely on advanced practice providers (APPs) and all procedures in-house
    • Teach internal medicine (IM) and general surgery (GS) residents, with future GI fellowship plans
    • Earn a competitive salary, plus wRVU incentives
    • Start with 25 days PTO, maternity leave, $2,500 for CME, $750 for professional dues (yearly)
    • Expect typically 23 total weekend procedures
    • No endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) and endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) expectations
    • Join a growing, employed gastroenterology service line launched in 2024
    • Practice at a 361-bed acute care hospital with a cancer center and a residential hospice
    • Serve a mission-driven Catholic health system with nearly 100 years of service
