Job Description

• BC Anesthesiologist
• Location: Sedalia, MO
• Excellent compensation
• Start date/length of assignment: ASAP - ongoing
• Type of facility: Inpatient/Outpatient
• Schedule: Monday - Friday (5x8's); require at least 1-2 weeks/month
• On call: Yes
• Cases: Adult, geriatric, and some adolescent. Spinal block, peripheral nerve block, obstetrical, some complex, limited trauma but possible (level 3), arterial line placement, post-operative extremity block, general surgery, OB/GYN, ENT, Ortho, Urology, Endoscopy, bread and butter; no heart, heads, back. Neuraxial and regional skills required. Expertise with ultrasound-guided techniques preferred.
• Supervision ratio: Medical direction
• Credentialing timeframe: 45-60 days
• EMR: Meditech; OR on paper
