Join our team in Northern California, specifically in the greater Crescent City area. This position offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a focus on pediatric care.

Job Description

• Active California license and DEA required
• Board certification is mandatory
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) with 24-hour call coverage (Monday to Monday)
• Ongoing locum tenens position (month-to-month)
• Patient census: 18-20 patients per shift
• EMR system used: EPIC

Compensation

• Clinic hours: $150/hour
• 24-hour call coverage (weekday): $180/hour
• 24-hour call coverage (weekend): $1,500/day
• Gratis: 4 hours
• Call back: $180/hour

Client Overview

One of our clients manages a successful healthcare network servicing over 3.5 million Californians in Central/Northern California. They are currently seeking a board-certified pediatrician to join their clinical staff for ongoing coverage. The position includes a combination of clinic hours (8 AM - 5 PM) and 24-hour call coverage. The current team consists of another pediatrician and MA/LVN support.
