Job Description

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings in EMR systems.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to physician orders and nursing protocols.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on care processes, post-treatment plans, and health maintenance.
• Advocate for patient rights and ensure adherence to safety regulations.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted RN license in Georgia (or Compact license).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience within specialty.
• Required certifications: AHA BLS & ACLS.
• Must have expertise in Neuro and Ortho.
