Job Description
- Join a strong and well-established Palliative Care program.
- Work in outstanding facilities with comprehensive resources and talented teammates committed to quality patient health.
Requirements
- Board certified/eligible at time of employment
- Completion of a palliative care fellowship
- Palliative care certification
- Graduate of an accredited medical school
- Licensed in the state of WA by time of employment
- DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
