Job Description

• Join a strong and well-established Palliative Care program.
• Work in outstanding facilities with comprehensive resources and talented teammates committed to quality patient health.

Requirements

• Board certified/eligible at time of employment
• Completion of a palliative care fellowship
• Palliative care certification
• Graduate of an accredited medical school
• Licensed in the state of WA by time of employment
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
