• Annual base salary: $140,000.00 with incentives

Requirements

• Washington State Physician Assistant license by the time of employment
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association

Compensation Information

Starting at $140,000.00 / Annually
