Job Description

• Provide a wide range of oral surgery services to a diverse patient base

Requirements

• DDS/DMD from an accredited Dental School
• Certificate from an accredited US Oral Surgery Residency Program
• Active Dental License in the state of practice
• ABOMS Certification
