LPN/RN Float Position

My Health Onsite manages employer-sponsored health and wellness centers. Our medical team takes time to build strong relationships. No one is rushed in and out, and no one is a "number." Patients may access a range of medical services including x-ray, an onsite pharmacy, wellness services, treatment for acute illnesses, and chronic conditions. Our programs go beyond caring for the sick and injured - we make prevention our number one goal.

Job Description

• Welcome patients and escort them to the exam room
• Obtain and record vital signs (BP, heart rate, pulse oximetry, height, weight, waist circumference)
• Educate patients regarding their illness and treatment, including self-care, prevention, and health maintenance
• Perform all nursing care duties, including procedures, injections, EKGs, and phlebotomy
• Document all assessments, actions, care and treatment responses, and communications in the patient record in EMR

Requirements

• Current and unrestricted State of Florida LPN or RN license (or compact license that includes Florida)
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers
• Patient-focused and demonstrate exceptional customer service

Schedule

Float position in Land O' Lakes, Wesley Chapel, and Dade City. Hours vary - possible shifts are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 6am-3pm or 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm. Wednesdays will always be 10am-7pm.
