LPN or MA - Bronson - Levy County

My Health Onsite manages employer-sponsored health and wellness centers. Our medical team takes time to build strong relationships. No one is rushed in and out, and no one is a "number." Patients may access a range of medical services including x-ray, an onsite pharmacy, wellness services, treatment for acute illnesses, and chronic conditions. Job Description

• Welcome patients and escort to exam room
• Obtain and record vital signs (BP, heart rate, pulse oximetry, height, weight, waist circumference)
• Educate patients regarding their illness and treatment, including self-care, prevention, and health maintenance
• Perform all nursing care duties, including procedures, injections, EKGs, and phlebotomy
• Document all assessments, actions, care and treatment responses, and communications in patient record in EMR

Requirements

• Current and unrestricted State of Florida LPN license (or compact license that includes Florida) OR Medical Assistant (1 year of MA experience and MA Diploma or certification preferred)
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers
• Patient-focused and demonstrate exceptional customer service
