We are looking for 2 to 3 Internal Medicine or Family Practice Physicians who have a passion for helping others. For more than 25 years, this Medical Center has worked together to provide patients with convenient on-site services at one location. Spanish speaking skills are a plus. This is a Monday through Friday opportunity with no weekends or call! The position has an excellent location and easy commute to downtown.

Job Description

• Great medical, dental, and 401k packages
• Travel and relocation assistance up to $25,000
• Hospital affiliations: Advent Health, Ocala Regional Medical Center - ORMC, West Marion Community Hospital - OMCH
• Compensation range is from $220,000 to $240,000 plus production bonuses that can get you in the $300,000 range. See 20 to 22 patients per day.
• Compensation works where the physician gets a percentage of each patient's visit, procedures, etc. Nothing for ordering MRI, etc., including labs.
• Bonuses are based on Medicare Advantage bonuses and quality measures bonus.
• Bilingual preferred.
