Job Description

• You must have excellent bedside manners and be most concerned with patient care.
• Great opportunity in the county to practice as a premier orthopedic spine surgeon conducting 100% spine.
• The group has excellent relationships with the hospitals.
• Physician to develop good relationships with the other physicians in the community and develop referral networks. The group will support marketing efforts.
• The group has a policy of following up on patients the same day of surgery.
• Call schedule: Round on your own patients, with no call after that.
• Payor mix: Medicare, PPOs, and HMOs.
• Perform all procedures including kyphoplasty. A brand new surgical center is coming out of the ground that you can participate in and will open in the next 8 months.

Compensation

• Base salary (to be discussed with group) plus production bonuses.
• Bonuses are based upon collections.
