Step into a thriving, established outpatient practice with a full patient panel available. A respected and well-established outpatient pediatric practice in South Florida is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible pediatrician to join the team as the lead physician transitions into retirement. This is a unique opportunity to step into a full patient panel and practice in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Job Description

• Location: South Florida, a vibrant, diverse region with beautiful weather, coastal living, and access to world-class amenities.
• Outpatient only: No hospital rounds or call; all after-hours calls are managed by a dedicated triage team.
• Patient volume: See approximately 24 patients per day.
• Team structure: Collaborate with one experienced, autonomous nurse practitioner and a skilled support staff.
• Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. No weekends or evening shifts.
