We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist - Skilled Nursing to join our amazing team with the following qualifications:

• One or more years of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist with active license(s) in the state(s) in which employed and practices
• Active CPR certification may be required
