We are seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician to join our team across multiple NYC-area locations, including Harlem/Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, and Long Island. The ideal candidate will be Workers Compensation Board (WCB) certified and have experience managing No-Fault/Lien cases. Job Description

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and follow-ups under Workers Compensation and No-Fault guidelines
• Prepare accurate and thorough documentation for legal and billing purposes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physical therapy, orthopedics, and pain management
• Provide expert opinions and reports as required
• Ensure compliance with NY Workers Compensation Board regulations
• Work weekends as part of a flexible schedule

Requirements

• MD or DO in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• NY State WCB Certification required
• Experience with Workers Compensation and/or No-Fault/Lien cases
• Comfortable working outside traditional insurance models
• Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills
• Willingness to work weekends
