Job Description

• Full-time position with benefits eligibility
• Competitive base salary range: $130,760 to $154,911 annually
• Base salary: $97,000
• Estimated billing bonus: $23,760
• Flex bank: $10,000
• No cap on productivity income potential

Requirements

• Current NP or PA license in New York
• Active DEA license
• Post-acute care experience preferred
