Join our team as an OB/GYN Hospitalist in Miami, FL. This opportunity allows you to help launch and shape a brand-new OB/GYN hospitalist program while enjoying a true work-life balance.

Job Description

• Board certified with at least 2 years of experience post-residency
• Help launch and shape a brand-new OB/GYN hospitalist program
• Flexible scheduling: 6 to 8 in-house 24-hour shifts per month
• No on-call responsibilities between shifts
• Responsibilities include labor and delivery management, unassigned OB patient coverage, and emergent GYN care
• Must have current delivery and emergent GYN surgery skills
• Full 24/7 in-house anesthesia and Level III NICU support
• Newly upgraded L&D and postpartum units, including a 25-bed NICU with private rooms and ocean views
• Clinical leadership support and access to a network of OB/GYN hospitalists
• Access to CME, simulation training, and professional development
