Family and Adult Nurse Practitioner

Board certified Family and Adult Nurse Practitioners are needed to perform Compensation and Pension Examinations on Veterans, to assist in their VA Benefits Claims. This is a great supplemental income opportunity, offering $400-$800+/day.

Job Description

• Flexible part-time opportunity
• Complete a thorough review of digital medical records
• Conduct a physical assessment based on specific disability claims
• Submit information gathered through an online portal for the VA to review as part of a compensation/pension claim
• All exams will take place at an approved facility with proper equipment and internet access provided

Requirements

• Two years+ NP experience (some prior VA work is ideal)
• NP must be computer savvy and able to work on their own personal laptop
• NP should have experience with, or take it upon themselves to become familiar with an goniometer (expect to use daily while performing exams; instrument provided)
• Availability of at least 4-5 days a month is preferred
