Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

Our hospital in North Carolina (45 min outside Durham) is growing with the addition of an employed, full-time Board Certified Pediatric NP (PNP) or Neonatal NP (NNP) to strengthen our established inpatient team.

Job Description

• Inpatient only
• 7 on/7 off blocked schedule
• Approx. 2-5 inpatients per day, averaging 400 deliveries per year
• EMR Paragon/GE Centricity
• Manage a smaller patient load to ensure continuity of care

Requirements

• At least three years of post-training experience
• Proficient in intubation, peripheral and umbilical access, resuscitation of newborns
• Ventilation of newborns, use of Nitric Oxide
