Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical - PRN

Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. Reports to the Director or Manager of Department.

Job Description

• Patient populations served include neonate, infant, early childhood, late childhood, adolescent, young adult, middle adult, and older adult.
• Regular occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens and hazardous materials.
• Frequent standing, walking, lifting/moving patients, and repetitive hand/arm movements.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license in state of practice; BCLS required; ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred.
