Urologist
At NorthBay Health, the Board Certified, Licensed Urologist will practice in our highly regarded health system in Northern California. NorthBay Urology cares for male and female patients with urinary tract conditions and diseases affecting the male reproductive organs. This role will provide care to cancer cases and other large cases. Our team of board-certified experts employs a variety of treatments, from medications to minimally invasive and complex surgery in treating urologic conditions.

Job Description
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, dedicated procedure time
- Inpatient/Outpatient Responsibilities: Balanced distribution of inpatient and outpatient care
- Call Ratio: General call responsibilities; split between two locations
- Daily Patient Census: Manage a consistent daily patient load
- Equipment/Resources: Access to state-of-the-art equipment and comprehensive resources
- Provider Support: Collaborative team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform minimally invasive and complex surgery for urologic conditions
- Provide patient education and counseling
- Diagnose and treat disease and disorders of the urinary tract and reproductive organs
- Provide care to inpatient, outpatient, and surgical patients
- Prescribe medications as needed and administer urinary antiseptics to combat infection
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, clinical research projects, and educational activities
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system
Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board-certified in Urology
- Licensed to practice medicine in the state
- Proven experience in Urology procedures and Robotics
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

- Compensation Range: $500,000 - $720,000 (based on a Full-time 1.0 FTE)
