We are currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible General/Non-invasive Cardiologist to join our thriving and innovative cardiology program in Dahlonega, Georgia. Job Description

• Join a nationally recognized, not-for-profit health system serving more than 1 million residents across Northeast Georgia.
• Be part of a dominant cardiovascular market share leader in our 19+ county service area.
• Work with a team that performs more than 5,000 cardiac procedures and 30,000 consults each year.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient care with inpatient rotation every 6-7 weeks.
• Work in outpatient clinics located in both Dahlonega and Cleveland, Georgia.
• Cover inpatient care at the main hospital campus in Gainesville, Georgia.
• Collaborate with well-experienced clinical support staff.
• Share group call coverage among the physicians in the practice.
• Participate in research and teaching residents and cardiac fellows.
• Utilize the EMR platform EPIC.

Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Cardiology.
• Level II competency in at least one area of imaging (Echo, Nuclear Cardiology, Cardiovascular CT or CMR) preferred.
• Competency in evaluating TTE, TEE, Structural CT for procedure planning.
• Passion for quality and patient care.
• Ability to function well in a team environment, contributing to and supporting organizational goals and initiatives.
