We are seeking a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician to join a high-volume, well-resourced emergency department in Killeen, Texas. This opportunity offers competitive compensation, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive benefits within a collaborative clinical environment.

The Emergency Medicine Physician will provide high-quality, patient-centered emergency care in a 30-bed Emergency Department with over 50,000 annual visits. The department operates as a Level IV Trauma Center, managing a wide spectrum of medical and trauma cases.

Job Description

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with acute illnesses and injuries
• Manage high-acuity and trauma cases in a Level IV trauma setting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient, high-quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
• Uphold the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence

Schedule & Work Structure

• Flexible scheduling with four physician shift types: Day, AM Swing, PM Swing, and Night
• Ability to work 3 consecutive shifts for improved consistency and work-life balance

Requirements

• ABEM board-eligible or board-certified in Emergency Medicine
• Board-Certified or Board-Trained in Emergency Medicine
• Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in Texas
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
