We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician (or Family Medicine Physician with Emergency Medicine experience) to join a collaborative and well-supported emergency department in Pittsburg, KS. Job Description

• 16-bed Emergency Department
• Over 19,000 annual ED visits
• Team-based model with 6 Physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers
• Broad case mix serving a diverse patient population
• Strong multidisciplinary support, including specialists, imaging, and ancillary services
• Culture of collaboration with physicians supporting one another in shift coverage
• Regular monthly meetings (remote and in-person) to promote communication and engagement

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

• Flexible scheduling
• Shift times:
  • 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Full-time commitment: 120 hours per month

Compensation & Benefits

• $250 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package
• Up to $75,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $50,000 retention bonus

Requirements

• MD or DO
• ABEM-certified or board-eligible Emergency Medicine physician, or Primary Care (Family Medicine/Internal Medicine) physician with Emergency Department experience
• Eligible for or able to obtain unrestricted medical licensure in Kansas
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to high-quality, patient-centered emergency care
• Team-oriented with excellent communication and collaboration skills
