Job Description

• Patient-centered, physician-led, team-based and collaborative work environment.
• Work-life balance is a priority, 8- or 12-hour shifts, 40 hours per week.

• Work at one of our 2 hospitals, surgery centers, in Flagstaff or Verde Valley Medical Center.
• Collaborative model 3:1 with Anesthesiologists.
• Highly competitive compensation and benefits.
• Sign-on bonus $50k.
• Relocation $25k.
• CME.
• Malpractice coverage plus tail.
• Salary $232,000 to $276,000, plus incentives.
• Loan repayment programs.
• Extra shift pay.
• 1099 positions available.
