Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon
Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center seeks an additional BC/BE orthopedic trauma surgeon to join three others as part of an outstanding orthopedic trauma and acute care team in Bangor, Maine. Fellowship training in orthopedic trauma is preferred but not required. New graduates are welcome to apply!
Job Description
- The surgeons are supported by a general trauma service, allied health professionals; plastic surgery, hand and pediatric orthopedic surgery onsite coverage, well-trained specialists, hospitalists, and nursing staff complete our team.
- Our orthopedic trauma program complements our general orthopedic practice.
- Dedicated Orthopedic Trauma OR 7 days a week with PA/NP coverage.

You will join surgeons/podiatrists of the Orthopedic Service Line (OSL) with access to expert clinical resources in adult reconstruction, hand surgery, oncology, trauma, foot & ankle, shoulder, elbow, pediatrics, and sports medicine. The OSL provides support for clinicians across the state to build relationships, share experiences, and consult on cases and includes an annual educational event.
