Base rate $31.94 with a $1 shift differential for evening and nights.

Job Description

• Collecting required information from new residents to be admitted.
• Recording health details of residents, including vitals and temperature.
• Administering medications and injections to residents as needed.
• Treating and dressing wounds as needed.
• Supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Aides (CNAs).
• Helping residents get dressed and take care of personal hygiene.
• Monitoring residents' food and liquid intake and output.

Requirements

• Valid LPN license
• Must be in good standing with State Registry
• Must be able to work as a team member
