Job Description

• Lead and support our anesthesia department at Covenant Hobbs Hospital, contributing to the delivery of top-tier care to our patients.
• Actively manage and maintain the daily services provided at the facility by the Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist staff, including culture, manpower, budget, and all aspects related to the practice and performance of anesthesia and analgesia.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with key facility and corporate partners to ensure optimal success for the region.

Requirements

• Experience as a CRNA with a passion for leadership and management.

Benefits

• Top of market base salary of $415K minimum.
• Incentives, chief stipend, and $30K sign-on bonus annually.

• Flexible scheduling hours are Monday-Friday, 7 am-3 pm with call 1:3 (not in-house).
