NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at East Valley Endoscopy in Mesa, AZ.

• Top of Market Base Salary $230K - $260K Annually - $1,800 Flat Rate for 5th Day Optional
• PTO
• 1099 Position
• 46 Weeks Annually, 4 Day Weeks with Optional 5th Day, Depending on provider/room assignment, typical work days average 6-10 hours
• Must bring your malpractice
