    Certified Hand Therapist

    Join our team as a Certified Hand Therapist in Rochester, PA. This full-time position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with no weekends, providing an excellent work-life balance.

    Job Description

    • Support a team in Rochester and North Hills as a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist.
    • Treat various upper extremity disorders ranging from tendon injuries, sprains, strains, post-operative fractures, and more.
    • Work with our regional hand therapy coordinator to ensure you have what you need for success.
    • Participate in a national hand therapy program with over 300 CHTs nationwide and additional hand therapists.
    • Engage in a nationally supported mentorship program for therapists interested in pursuing their CHT credentials.
    • Access educational opportunities including national UE symposiums, journal clubs, study groups, and free local CEUs.
    • Participate in hand team meetings and virtual training.
    • Observe in physician clinics and work in contracted positions.
    • Engage in research activities and program development for special populations.
    • Work in fully equipped hand therapy clinics that provide various treatment options.

    Compensation and Benefits

    • Salary range starting at $75K/year, increasing based on experience.

    Requirements

    • Graduate of an accredited school for occupational or physical therapy.
    • Hold specialty certification or licensure in hand therapy.
    • National registration and state licensure or registration required.
    • Previous demonstrated marketing experience.
    • Solid experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic.
    • CPR certification.
    • Valid state driver's license.
