Job Description

• Deliver comprehensive primary care, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system.
• Support health education, wellness initiatives, and quality improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for or active South Carolina Medical License.
• Passion for high-quality, patient-centered care.
