Surgical Services Float Pool - Enterprise Pre-op & Post op PACU

Join our dynamic team as a part of the Surgical Services Float Pool, where you will work in both the Charlotte and Winston Salem area hospitals. This position offers a day shift schedule and the opportunity to float between various facilities.

Job Description

• Work in all facilities within a defined market: Greater Charlotte (GCM) and Greater Winston Salem (GWSM).
• Be part of the Super Pool, which includes specialties such as Sterile Processing, Operating Room, Pre-Op/Phase II, and PACU.

Requirements

• Current RN license in NC (or compact state)
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 years of Pre-Op and PACU experience
• Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills
