A leading medical group is looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in an Inpatient Palliative Care setting in the Findlay, OH area! (1hr from Toledo, OH, 1hr from Fort Wayne, IN)

Benefits

• $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience, plus quality bonus potential.

Your Role with the Company

• Full-time, Monday - Friday, no weekends, no holidays.
• NP or PA will see 6-8 patients per day.
• APP will provide outpatient palliative care in nursing facilities, patient homes, and telehealth.
• Provider will join a full support staff including a team of APPs and Medical Director.

Requirements

• Board certified Nurse Practitioner / NP or Physician Assistant / PA.
• Experience in acute care, palliative care, or hospice.
