Established Primary Care group seeking an Internal Medicine Physician in Hackettstown, NJ! This is a stable and independent group located just 1 hour from Allentown.

Job Description

• Location: Hackettstown, NJ (1hr from Allentown)
• Internal Medicine Physician
• 100% Outpatient Primary Care Clinic Setting
• Typical Volume: 20-22 patients per day
• M-F Schedule 9-5pm. One day per week staying until 7pm.
• Weekend Call: Cover 9am - 1pm every third Saturday.
• Call by phone is 1:3 for evenings.
• 2 Other Internal Medicine physicians and 3 Pediatricians on Staff
• Assess, maintain, and improve the health status of individuals in the communities served through timely access to evidence-based acute, preventive, and chronic disease care.
• Provide high-value care considering risks, benefits, and patient preferences when making diagnostic or therapeutic intervention decisions.
• Document all patient care activities and services provided in the electronic health record. Documentation must be clear, concise, accurate, updated, and in sufficient detail.

Requirements

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Ability to obtain a New Jersey State Medical License
