• Providing specialty healthcare to rural America on behalf of an underserved population

• Personalized treatment programs including non-operative spine, operative spine, orthopedic, and radiological services to better serve a wide range of needs

• Competitive salary, $120,000 - $150,000 / year, depending on experience plus productivity bonuses

Your Role with the Company

• Full-time position, 40 hrs/week, no weekends
• In-depth training/Fellowship program for NP/PAs as they onboard - Fellowship program lasts 3-9 months
• Advance Practice provider will be serving patients in rural communities - mileage will be reimbursed
• NP/PA will lead in coordinating comprehensive evaluation and management of patients dealing with chronic pain

Requirements

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• 2+ years of experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, functional medicine
