Outpatient Endocrinology Physician

Northern Dutchess Hospital, affiliated with Nuvance Health, is seeking a full-time outpatient Endocrinologist to join our established and busy employed practice in Kingston, NY with an APRN. This position is located 90 minutes from New York City.

Job Description

• The ideal candidate will be board certified in Internal or Family Medicine and board certified/eligible in Endocrinology.
• Join a dedicated and collegial team with some teaching responsibility to residents and medical students.
• The position is completely outpatient with no call responsibilities.
• This is an adult-only, Monday-Friday practice.
• Opportunity to expand coverage to other area office locations as we continue to grow the practice to meet the needs of our large primary care referral base.

Requirements

• MD or DO with NY State and Federal Narcotic Use Registration.
• Successfully completed an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Residency and be Board Certified in either, and have completed a full Fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism, and be Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Preferred: Prior experience as an Endocrinologist but new graduates are welcome to apply.

Salary Range: $285k - $325K annually commensurate or relative to experience.
