Nurse Practitioner

Vassar Brothers Medical Center, located in Poughkeepsie, NY, just 75 minutes north of New York City, is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to coordinate, oversee, and provide advanced nursing care to gynecologic oncology patients. This position works collaboratively with gynecologic, medical, and radiation oncologists, gynecologic residents, supportive care team, and nursing staff.

Job Description

• Carry out the plan of care for the patient panel.
• Contribute to the actualization of the philosophy and objectives of the Oncology Division.
• Participate in performance improvement and research activities.

Requirements

• At least one year of clinical experience relative to surgical oncology or other relevant experience is preferred.
• Oncology Nursing Certificate is desirable.

Benefits

• Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 relative to experience.
