Oak Street Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician for our brand new outpatient clinic in Berwyn. Oak Street Health is an innovative network of neighborhood primary care centers in Chicago focused on providing high-quality care to older adults. Our goal is not volume or billing/claims; it's quality. We want physicians and clinical staff who are intrinsically motivated to provide this kind of excellent care to older adults.

Our physicians practice with a full team behind them; each care team is made up of:

• Physician
• Registered Nurse
• Medical Assistant
• Clinical Informatics Specialist (i.e., a scribe)
• Care Manager
• Nurse Practitioner

We have a fast-growing patient community, and it's time to add to our team.

Job Description

• Employed staff position with above-market compensation made up of base salary (without R.V.U. targets) and bonus based upon quality metrics (not volume).
