    Job Description

    • Provide expert care for women during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period.
    • Work closely with primary care physicians to ensure a smooth experience for patients.
    • Offer compassionate care combined with advanced technology to meet various birth preferences.
    • Participate in a Baby-Friendly designated hospital with VBAC options and family-centered C-sections.
    • Support extensive breastfeeding initiatives, prenatal education, and nurse midwifery programs.

    Program Details

    • Program Start Date: June 2025
    • OB/GYNs to Provide GYN Coverage: Emergent and unassigned
    • OB/GYNs Required to Perform Circumcisions: Yes
    • OB/GYNs Needed for First Assist: Yes
    • Backup Available to the Hospitalist: Local and private OBs
    • L&D coverage model: L&D Triage with local groups covering their own patients; 5 Postpartum rooms
