Job Description

• Location: Amarillo, TX
• Assignment duration: start ASAP and work ongoing
• Hospital and Surgery Center
• 2 full-time locum CRNAs needed
• Providers credentialed at both Hospital and Surgery Center and rotate evenly between the two
• 35-40 hours
• No call
• Day shift only - generally out from 3 PM - 5 PM
• Case load: Urology, Ortho, Bariatrics, Endo, Plastics, No neuro (occasional ortho spine)
• Locums don't have to do peds
• Paper charting for anesthesia records
• Medical supervision at both places - except for Endo (solo)
• 90 days for credentialing
