Job Description

• Location: Fort Spring / Lewisburg, WV
• Assignment duration: Start in 90 days for 6 months
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8's. 7-3:30 (30 min lunch)
• No Call
• Cases: Skills required include pediatrics, dental, general surgery, orthopedics, obstetrics, urology, podiatry, and endoscopy
• Department description: We do a mix of pediatrics, dental, general surgery, orthopedics, obstetrics, urology, podiatry, and endoscopy. Blocks and regional experience are not necessary but a huge plus as they do a fair amount of both.
• Patient population/age: All ages
• Support staff: 9 full-time CRNAs with locums as well
• DEA: Required
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS
• EMR: Cerner
