Job Description

• CRNA needed near Indianapolis, IN to start in January 2026.
• Schedule: M-F 7am-3pm
• Supervision model with surgeons doing the blocks.

Daily Providers Needed

• CRNA: 4-5
• MD: 1

Annual Case Mix

• Ophthalmology: 4,200
• Cataract: 5,000
• Retina: 1,500

Points of Service

• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
• Competitive rate for weeknight call + premium if called in; weekend call equals 6 regular hours per day + premium when called in.
• Competitive hourly pay + housing + travel + A-rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
